Exchange Policy

We have an exchange policy for damaged products only, if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. Kindly take a video before opening the package/product. If the product is damaged, reach us at info@avikaa.co.in. Without valid proof, we don't allow a refund/replacement.

We issue replacements or refunds or exchange whichever is feasible for us for damage of products provided the damaged product is return shipped by you at 608, Studio Tower, Emaar Palm Drive, Sector 66, Gurgaon, 122018

A refund can ONLY be issued in case of unavailability of the same product's replacement.

Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future


There is no exchange on combo offer products or items on sale. We replace only damaged products and missing products with the same design.


Cancellation Policy


The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.

"If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, refund for the same will be issued from our end. The refund processing timeline would be 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction."


Return Policy

We have a return policy for damaged products only, if informed within 24 hours of delivery. A video opening the package is MUST for us to exchange the item. We only allow an exchange and no returns.

All our products are checked before packaging. We take utmost care of the items while packaging so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit.
